Garth Kennedy is TWR's station director for our high-powered transmitting site in West Africa.  TWR uses two very powerful transmitters from this location to reach multiple African countries including all of Nigeria.  Why is covering Nigeria so important?  As Garth puts it, "that area is very troubled."  For years, radicals from the North have been persecuting Christians in the South.  Garth says, "It's a real clash!"  That's why we feel compelled to broadcast the hope of Jesus into Nigeria.  As TWR sends the Gospel into that "troubled" nation, and as more Nigerians come to know Jesus as their Savior, our prayer is that they would experience the hope of which Paul writes: "May the God of hope fill you will all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope" (Romans 15:13, ESV).
