Let me quote Galatians 5:25 in several translations:

"If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit."  (NASB)
"If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.  (ESV)
"Since we live by the Spirit, we must also follow the Spirit."  (HCSB)
"Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives."  (NLT)

Do you get the idea?  As believers, we are to follow the Holy Spirit's leading in our lives.  You ask, "What does that look like?"  First of all, as we "walk in the Spirit," we should exhibit the fruit of the Spirit: "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, self-control" (Galatians 5:22b-23a, HCSB).  But also, I agree with today's guest on Footsteps, Jenny Noyes, who says that we need to obey those "little nudges of the Holy Spirit."  There is no doubt that the Holy Spirit can prompt us to make a phone call, walk across the street, or engage someone in conversation.  So, when the Holy Spirit gives you a little nudge to do something, "Do not quench the Spirit" (1 Thessalonians 5:19, NKJV).  Just follow His leading.
