TWR's Ann White tells a story on today's Footsteps about a woman in Iran.  In the middle of the story, Ann points out, "this is where God intervened."  Praise God that he does lovingly, graciously, and sovereignly intervene in our lives!  Where would we all be if God did not intervene?  Two words come to mind: dead and Hell.  "But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved" (Ephesians 2:4-5, ESV).  Amen!
