On today's Footsteps, Alan Travers tells the story of a woman in Venezuela who greeted him with a hug and "Thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing me the Gospel!"  Like Paul's admonition to the Ephesians, she was "giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ" (Ephesians 5:20, ESV).  Her joyous gratitude causes me to think about my own attitude.  Am I "giving thanks always?"  Am I overwhelmed with gratefulness to the Lord for the Gospel?  We should all examine ourselves in this area.
