A few years back, when Jonathan Turner of Key Communications was speaking on the phone with a man in Pakistan, this gentleman asked Jonathan, "Would you be willing to train me?"  I'm sure Jonathan was both honored and humbled.  From that moment on, Jonathan says, "It developed into a weekly Skype session."  I see this relationship as a modern day example of the way Paul mentored Timothy:

"You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.  What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also."  (2 Timothy 2:1-2, CSB)

What an example of discipleship making!
