I think it's safe to say that we all need and appreciate a word of encouragement.  On today's Footsteps, veteran broadcaster Jon Hull tells the story of a listener who called to thank an announcer for something that she had said on the air thirteen years earlier.  It was the right word at the right time.  Make sure to listen to today's program, and then, as God places people on your heart, speak some words of encouragement to them this week.
