I truly enjoy talking with people and learning more about them.  I'm sure that's one of the reasons why I enjoy my work with TWR and Footsteps so much.  I have the privilege of meeting and talking with ministry leaders from around the world.  I'll let you in on a secret--when I interview guests for Footsteps, I'm just getting to know them.  It's certainly more like a conversation than a formal interview.  Our conversation just happens to be in a studio in front of microphones, but it could just as easily happen across a table at lunch.  Let me give you an example.  I recently interviewed Phil James, Director of Global Development for The Word for You Today.  I really wasn't familiar with The Word for You Today prior to our conversation, but I was greatly surprised and excited by the huge impact of this ministry!  I also was captivated by Phil's stories.  As you eavesdrop on our discussion, I hope you'll be just as interested and inspired.
