How does TWR distribute radios, mp3 players, and SD cards to people in closed countries?  TWR's Branko Bjelajac says it starts by making "an agreement with somebody who knows somebody."  While Branko's explanation might sound cryptic, we certainly have to be very careful because of security reasons.  But, as you listen to the cautious process on today's Footsteps, you will notice that a number of people are involved.  It still takes partnership to accomplish the Great Commission.
