Marli Spieker is the founder of TWR Women of Hope (originally called Project Hannah), and on today's Footsteps, Marli talks about "agents of change" for Haiti.  But these change agents aren't limited to one nation.  You too can be an agent of change in your family, community, and country.  How?  I think a good starting point is 2 Timothy 2:20-21 (HCSB):

"Now in a large house there are not only gold and silver bowls, but also those of wood and clay, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable.  So if anyone purifies himself from anything dishonorable, he will be a special instrument, set apart, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work."

That's why your local church as well as ministries like TWR and your favorite Christian radio station are so important.  God is using them to mold, shape, and purify you as a "special instrument" or "agent of change" in the spot where he sovereignly has placed you.
