"Everything we have, it's all His," explains Scott Rodin on today's Footsteps.  Scott serves as president of The Steward's Journey, and he is actually echoing David's thoughts in Psalm 24:1.  Let me quote this verse from two translations:

"The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein." (NKJV)

"The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.  The world and all its people belong to him." (NLT)

God owns "the earth" and "all its fullness," and acknowledging our Creator's ownership of "everything" in the universe should be a foundation for our lives.  Now, just in case you're asking, "What does 'everything' include?"  I think the answer is very clear--EVERYTHING.
