How do you define true success?  Maybe it's achieving a managerial position at work, having a million dollars in the bank, driving your dream car, or owning a vacation home.  Scott Rodin of The Stewards Journey gives his answer to that question on today's Footsteps.  Scott defines success as "faithfulness."  I couldn't agree more.  To fully understand how faithfulness and success fit together, you'll need to listen to today's program.  Also, take a look at the "Parable of the Talents" which Jesus tells in Matthew 25:14-30.  Particularly, keep this one verse in mind:

"His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant.  You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much.  Enter into the joy of your master.'"  (Matthew 25:21, ESV)

When we are faithful to God, He rewards us with His joy for both now and forever.  That sounds like success to me!
