"She was just hopless and depressed and suicidal."  That's the way TWR's Lisa Hall describes a listener to the Women of Hope radio program.  You can hear more about this woman's story on today's Footsteps.

Now, what about you?  Do you feel hopeless?  First of all, if you are deeply depressed and feeling suicidal, then you need to talk to a trained counselor today!  Along with seeking professional help, cry out to God and keep this verse in mind:

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."  (Isaiah 41:10, ESV)
