In Exodus 33, after the LORD calls the Israelites "a stiff-necked people" (v. 3), Moses pleads with God to continue to go with them.  He tells the LORD, "If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here" (v. 15, ESV).  Moses is basically saying, "Hey God, I can't lead these people without You, and none of us can make this journey without You!"

Every Christian believer should be able to relate to this story.  And for those of us in full-time ministry service, we totally understand this pleading of Moses.  There is no way we can do God's work without His help.  On today's Footsteps, TWR's Perry Beabout gives a modern-day example of Moses' outcry to God.  It was the day "God showed up."  Give it a listen.
