"I think the great value of radio as a medium, as a personal friend, is that we are there every day."  TWR's Branko Bjelajac shares that opinion on today's Footsteps, and I completely agree with him.  Radio is that "personal friend" who keeps coming back day after day and night after night.  When a lonely person needs companionship, radio is there.  When a curious nonbeliever has questions about Christianity, radio is there.  When a persecuted Christian needs strength and encouragement, radio is there.  And when it's impossible for a pastor or missionary to make personal, face-to-face contact with someone, radio is there.  So it's true that radio, specifically Trans World Radio, is "there every day."
