When Paul addressed the elders of the church in Ephesus, he reminded them, "I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel of God" (Acts 20:27, ESV).  Other versions of the Bible translate that phrase: "the whole plan of God" (CSB), "the whole purpose of God" (NASB), "the whole will of God" (NIV), and "all that God wants you to know" (NLT).  So, where do we find "the whole counsel of God?"  In the whole Bible--from Genesis to Revelation.  But, "very few men of God have taught the entire Bible cover to cover," maintains Gregg Harris on today's Footsteps.  Gregg serves as the president of Thru the Bible which features the teaching ministry of the late Dr. J.
