"Anyone who's been involved in radio at all understands that it's a personal medium that you record in a very impersonal way," explains Dan Warne on today's Footsteps.  You see, even though Dan is the host and Bible teacher on El Faro de Redencion (which is broadcast on TWR-Bonaire into Cuba), he has very little face-to-face interaction with his Cuban listeners.  He's just speaking into a microphone, and yet, Dan recognizes just how "personal" radio is.  While Dan is addressing a huge Cuban audience each night, most of whom he will never meet, God is speaking directly and intimately to individuals through Dan.  How?  It's the sovereignty and omniscience of God, the personalized work of the Holy Spirit, and the power of Scripture.  And to think that Almighty God chooses to use mere humans, like me and like Dan, as part of His communication process, well, as Dan says, "it's just humbling; it's amazing!"
