It Was All Worth It

"I had to give up all my income, but it was all worth it," said a former witch doctor in Nepal.  Thru The Bible President Gregg Harris tells this man's story on today's Footsteps.  And as you listen to the program, keep this verse from Paul's letter to the Philippians in mind:

"Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.  For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ." (Philippians 3:8, NLT)

So, we should all ask ourselves if a relationship with Jesus is worth losing everything else?  According to both the apostle Paul and this former witch doctor, the answer is YES!
