Many of us have seen the sobering images of the devastation in Haiti following the recent magnitude 7.2 earthquake.  Do you realize that all of the photos that you are viewing were taken during the day or at least with some form of light?  Now, imagine that you are in Haiti ... at night.  Your neighborhood is in shambles.  There is no electricity.  Except for the light of the moon, it's completely dark.  And together, darkness and chaos certainly produce fear!  As TWR President Lauren Libby explains on today's Footsteps, that's why many Haitians are "deathly afraid of darkness."  Thankfully, Radio 4VEH, TWR's national partner in Haiti, remains on the air to provide help, hope, and peace in the midst of a very fearful situation.
