At TWR, we often say "Hope knows no barriers."  But, what about the barrier of religion?  For instance, how can TWR reach listeners from a Muslim background?  First of all, the Holy Spirit must be at work in someone's heart because as Jesus points out, it is the Spirit who "convict(s) the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgement" (John 16:8, ESV).  Also, we know that "faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ" (Romans 10:17, ESV).  Now, here's where TWR comes into the picture.  As the Holy Spirit is at work in an individual's life, as that person listens to a radio program which is proclaiming God's Word, and as the Word is explained in a specific way which draws from a knowledge of the Quran, then that listener is in an excellent position for the Lord to draw him or her to Himself.  Are you still not convinced?  Then listen to today's Footsteps featuring TWR's Nathan Anderson as he introduces us to the program The Way of Righteousness.
