Have you ever been at a crossroads concerning your career?  TWR's Annabel Torrealba can relate.  She talks about her experience on today's Footsteps.  As you listen to the program, keep these two verses in mind:

"For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another."  (Psalm 75:6-7, KJV)

I find peace in those verses.  As long as I am faithfully doing my best, working "heartily, as to the Lord" (Colossians 3:23, KJV), then I can trust God for all my future job plans and promotions.  I don't have to concern myself with trying to climb the company/ministry ladder.  I just leave those decisions up to our sovereign God.  Besides, He knows what He's doing!
