"It was just a joy to be around disciple makers," explained Bob Glendening about an Every Man A Warrior leadership conference held in April 2022.  On today's Footsteps, Bob goes on to describe this event as an "expert builders conference."  This concept is found in 1 Corinthians chapter 3 where Paul writes:

"According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it.  Let each one take care how he builds upon it.  For no one can lay a foundation other than that which I laid, which is Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 3:10-12, ESV)

Whether it's men's ministry, a women's Bible study, or a pastor shepherding his congregation, we all must "take care" in how we build disciples in the Church.  Our preaching, teaching, mentoring, counseling, and evangelism must always be built solely upon Jesus Christ and His Word.
