We know from Scripture that "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.  Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months" (James 5:16b-17, NKJV).  On today's Footsteps, TWR's Werner Kroemer gives witness to the fact that God still honors the faithful and fervent prayers of his children by performing weather-related miracles!
