The word "saved" has several applications.  For believers, first and foremost, "saved" refers to our eternal relationship with Jesus Christ.  For others, "saved" can involve a physical life that was resuced from harm or even death. 

On today's Footsteps, TWR's Harry Bettig tells the story of a family in Poland where screaming and beatings were common occurances.  But through the radio ministry of Thru The Bible, things drastically changed.  Quoting the mother, "It is because of those radio programs that our family was saved!"  Now, when she says "saved," I believe she's talking about a saved marriage, her daughter's saved life, as well as the eternal salvation of each family member.  Listen to today's program and see what you think.
