According to TWR's Ted Siemens, because of the present war in Ukraine, some Ukrainians are "calling out to God when they wouldn't have normally."  Ted goes into more detail on today's Footsteps.  It's not surprising.  I'm reminded of a quote from C.S. Lewis:

"Pain insists upon being attended to.  God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but shouts in our pains: It is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world." (1)
