Point of Focus
"Point of focus" sounds like the name of a television network news program or possibly the title of a best selling book. But on today's Footsteps, TWR's Branko Bjelajac uses the term "point of focus" to refer to the way the TWR-Ukraine staff is meeting the immediate needs of their listeners and answering their difficult questions. Let me give you one example that Branko mentions on today's program. During the current war, some Ukrainians are asking, "God--did He go on vacation?" By focusing on that topic, TWR-Ukraine can point the Ukrainian people to God's Word, specifically, to a passages such as Hebrews 13:
"For He Himself has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' So we may boldly say: 'The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?'" (Hebrews 13:5b-6, NKJV)
Please pray for the TWR-Ukraine staff as they continue to minister to their countrymen during this difficult time of war.
