David tells us in Psalm 37:23 (NKJV):

"The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way."

This verse obiously applies to those who have put their trust in the LORD, but what about a man or woman who is seeking God but who has not yet become a believer in Jesus?  Could the Lord be ordering his or her steps?  Absolutely!  Take a listen to today's Footsteps with Paul Bramsen of Rock International.  Paul tells the story of a Frenchman who walked into his Christian reading room in Senegal.  I have no doubt that our loving and Sovereign God had already been ordering that Frenchman's steps as he was searching for God.  After all, the Lord tells us in Jeremiah 29:13 (NKJV):

"And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart."

May God be praised that He orders our steps during the seeking and searching process!
