Prior to serving with TWR, I worked for 24 years at Moody Radio Chattanooga (Tennessee).  During the last 12 years of my tenure, I was the host of the morning program.  Just prior to leaving Moody, I participated in several remote broadcasts scattered throughout the greater Chattanooga area.  It was an opportunity for me to say "goodbye" to listeners.  I distinctly remember at one remote, a woman walked up to me, and with tears flowing down her cheeks, she told me how much I had meant to her through the years.  As you probably realize, a strong bond can develop between a voice on the radio and a listener.  Well, on today's Footsteps, TWR's Greg Clarke tells a similar story of the connection between TWR and some of our listeners in Angola.
