Tim Whitehead serves as the Executive Director of Galcom International Canada, and on today's Footsteps, I ask Tim, "Is there a particular part of the world that's on your mind these days?"  Tim's immediate answer is "South Sudan. ... We want to see peace in South Sudan."  As you listen to today's program, you'll hear Tim's passion for reaching this troubled African country.  I hope today's episode motivates you to pray for South Sudan, and as you pray, please keep this quote in mind from Dr. John MacArthur:

"God can work peace through us only if He has worked peace in us. ... Those who are in the best of circumstances but without God can never find peace, but those in the worst of circumstances but with God need never lack peace."(1)

More than anything, the South Sudanese people need Jesus!
