The more I "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18, ESV), the more I recognize His sovereignty in salvation.  For instance, do you remember what Jesus said immediately before commanding us to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations?" (Matthew 28:19a, ESV).  In the preceding verse, Jesus declares, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me" (Matthew 28:18, ESV).  To put it simply, Jesus is in charge of the Great Commission!  So, what exactly is our responsibility in bringing people to Christ?  Gregg Harris, the President and CEO of Thru the Bible, answers that question on today's Footsteps.  Quoting the late Dr. J. Vernon McGee, Gregg succinctly explains, "Our job is to fling the seed" which is the Word of God.  It's that simple.  Don't miss today's program!
