I've traveled to some reasonably remote areas in the world by plane, bus, van, and pickup truck, but the longest canoe ride that I've ever taken was less than an hour to reach some small islands off the coast of Panama.  So, it's hard for me to imagine spending six days canoeing up the Amazon River to reach an isolated people group in Brazil.  TWR's Alan Travers points out, "Just think of the limitation."  But, "In Trans World Radio, we can broadcast every single day to these people."  And, it's not just this one partiuclar village.  TWR reaches countless other remote towns, villages, and individuals in an instant!  That's just one of the reasons that I am such a proponent of the power or radio.
