The Hazara people are an ethnic minority that live primarily in Afghanistan.  For multiple reasons, including the fact that most Hazaras are Shia Muslims living in a predominantly Sunni Muslim nation, the Hazara people have been heavily persecuted through the centuries.

A current focus of our work at TWR is to "Reach the Last."  By "the last," we're referring to unreached people groups (or UPGs), and one of those UPGs is the Hazara in Afghanistan.  By God's grace, we are seeing some of them come to Christ!  On today's Footsteps, TWR's Simon Suba gives us an example of a brother, sister, and mother who have all come to faith in Jesus.  After you listen to the program, please pray for this family of new believers and for TWR's continuing outreach to the Hazara people.
