No Money for Batteries
According to TWR's Esteban Larrosa, many people around the world "don't have the money to buy (radio) devices." Esteban takes this argument a step further on today's Footsteps when he points out that some of them neither have access to electricity nor the "money for batteries." In fact, let me quote a Trans World Radio listener in Africa:
"I am born again and a mother of two, but we live in poverty. You see, I am jobless, and it is difficult to feed my kids and buy radio batteries for our radio."
