Guess What?
Pastor and author John MacArthur has said:
"It should come as no surprise of the God who supernaturally created the universe should choose at times to supernaturally intervene in it."(1)
Dr. MacArthur is referring to the providence of God. Not only does our holy, all-knowing, and all-powerful Creator cause "all things to work together for good" (Romans 8:28, NASB) in the life of individual believers, but He also divinely is working through churches and ministries in the advancement of the Gospel around the world. For instance, TWR President Lauren Libby tells us that God has been "working in amazing ways" in opening doors of opportunity for TWR to minister in Japan. Lauren shares this story of God's intervention on today's Footsteps. After listening to the program, I hope you'll join us in praising the Lord for the work that He is doing through TWR in Japan.
