"This is what the faith is about; it's about the Gospel," explains Danny Rojas on today's Footsteps.  Danny is the Bible teacher on the program El Faro de Redencion (or Redemption Lighthouse).  So, what is exactly is "the Gospel?"  The apostle Paul succintly defines the Gospel in the 15th chapter of 1 Corinthians:

"Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you--unless you believed in vain.

"For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that he was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures ... " (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, NKJV)

Have you got it?  Christ died for our sins.  Christ was buried.  Christ rose from the dead.  That's the Gospel.  I advise you to run from any preacher or so-called Bible teacher who says otherwise.
