Cuba is in crisis.  With shortages of food, medicine, and fuel, life on the island is extremely difficult.  Just how difficult?  TWR's Esteban Larrosa recently traveled to Cuba, and he states on today's Footsteps that "because of the social and the economic situation," many Cubans need the "motivation to live."  Many Cubans, especially some of the elderly, are just giving up.  That's why TWR's message of hope--the living and eternal hope of Jesus--is vitally important to Cubans today.  Pray today for the people of Cuba.
