In the first chapter of the Bible, we read,

"And God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light." (Genesis 1:3, ESV)

We also know from the first chapter of John that Jesus is the Creator.  John writes,

"All things were made through him (Jesus), and without him was not any thing made that was made.  In him was life, and the life was the light of men." (John 1:3-4, ESV)

On today's Footsteps, my friend and TWR colleague Jehiel Ortiz reads a letter from a TWR listener in Cuba.  As you listen to today's episode, keep the above verses in mind.  Instead of just a note from a Cuban man, his comments might just open up your eyes to the love and greatness of Jesus, who is the Light of the world!
