Harder and Harder
In the 1990s and early 2000s, the people of North Korea experienced a severe hunger crisis. On a previous episode of Footsteps, TWR's Boaz Seong refered to that event as "the Big Hunger Time." During this plight, tens of thousands of North Korean women and children escaped across the border into China in an effort to find food. Most of them stayed in China. On today's Footsteps, Boaz explains the difficulties related to ministering to these refugees: "Because of the China government restrictions, (it's) getting harder and harder for missionaries (to) visit China." That's just another reason why TWR's broadcasts into China are extremely important. After you listen to today's program, please pray for Boaz and his team as they minister to the many North Korean women and children now living in China.
