Kingdom Man
It has been studied and documented that a lion’s roar can be heard up to five miles away! This powerful roar lifts dust off the ground. It shakes nearby objects. It causes every animal—or human—to stop what they’re doing and take notice. It demands attention. Why? Because a lion does not roar like that for no reason. He roars like that to declare dominion. That is, he lets everybody know that they are entering his territory. And he is responsible for leading, providing, and protecting all who are within his domain.
Men, you were created to roar. You were created to rule. Like Adam, God has given you a garden to rule. We are supposed to rule over God’s creation under God’s authority. But does not mean that we roar for no reason—barking out orders here and there. That’s oppressive. That’s a dictatorship. Instead, by ruling we are leading, providing, and protecting all who are within our domain. In other words, we are taking responsibility for everybody under our sphere of influence. This is the Foundation of a Kingdom Man. It is accepting responsibility for everything that happens in your garden.

Welcome to our free TETC (Tony Evans Training Center) video course on Evangelism. We are offering this course for free because we believe that one of the most important things we can do as Christians is to respond in obedience to Christ's command to Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations (Matthew 28:19). We are called and commissioned by Christ to be witnesses to the good news of the gospel and this free TETC course is designed to encourage you to boldly embrace that mission for the advancement of God's kingdom. Evangelism can be defined as the verbal and visible declaration of the death and resurrection of Christ with the intent of leading people to salvation. In Acts 1:8 Jesus called his early band of disciples to be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth. Jesus envisioned a spreading, gospel-centered mission for his disciples who would carry the good news of His death and resurrection throughout the world. And, as the book of Acts records, these early disciples as they were empowered by the Spirit took up this mission with the result that the early church experienced explosive growth and expansion as they evangelized throughout the Roman empire.
This evangelistic vision of being a witness for Christ and sharing the gospel remains the core calling for every Christian. Yet a study by Lifeway research has shown that the majority of Christians (61%) struggle with sharing their faith. If we still have the same calling to be a witness for Christ and the same empowerment by His Spirit as the early disciples, then why is evangelism such a struggle for Christians today? Why do we feel uncomfortable with sharing our faith in our neighborhoods and workplaces? Perhaps it is because so many Christians lack a clear understanding of why evangelism is so critically important, as well as a clear method of how to share the gospel with others. In this free TETC video course we will seek to address both of these issues, so that participants will leave this course with the confidence to share their faith wherever and with whomever Christ sends them as witnesses for His kingdom.

A Strategy for Cultural Transformation
Welcome to the course on A Strategy for Cultural Transformation. Scripture warns us of the consequences when society marginalizes God. Second Chronicles 15:3-6 describes a time in Israel’s history when they were “without the true God and without a teaching priest and without law” (2 Chronicles 15:3). The result of this neglect of God was that, “In those times there was no peace…Nation was crushed by nation, and city by city, for God troubled them with every kind of distress” (2 Chronicles 15:5-6). This troubled time for Israel illustrates the truth that when God gets diminished and pushed aside in culture, the worse things get. We can see the outworking of this principal in our own time. Our communities, culture, and society lie in moral and cultural decay.
However, God has granted His church the power and authority to intervene and reverse this spiritual and cultural erosion. Ephesians 3:10 tells us that God works through churches to address the spiritual forces at work in the world. The church demonstrates the “manifold wisdom of God…to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.” As the church demonstrates a unified witness of God’s rule and authority, the world will see the uniqueness of Christ and experience the full manifestation of His glory (see John 17:20-24).
It is time for the church to join together in unity and lead the way in impacting, influencing, and transforming our communities and our land by addressing the spiritual needs that are the root of the problem.
I believe God has given us a simple yet strategic plan for churches to collectively implement in their communities. I call it a 3 Point Plan for Cultural Transformation. In this course, we will explore each of the elements of this plan, providing a Biblical theology for this strategy of transforming culture, and suggest some practical steps for implementing the plan in your church and community.
