From Ephesians 6:13-17, Gideon Levytam continues with Paul's instruction to the Ephesians concerning their spiritual battles. Positionally, God’s people are safe from anything that satan can do against them, because they are secure in the Lord Jesus the Messiah. But, while they are still here on earth, waiting the return of Yeshua the Messiah, they need to put on the whole armour of God, if they are to withstand the wiles of the devil. Paul charges the Ephesians to take on the whole armour of God, which is; truth, righteousness, sharing the gospel, faith and trust in God, appreciation of God’s salvation and the knowledge of His Word. Only then, and by God’s grace, will the believer be able to stand firm, and be equipped to withstand the wiles of the devil.
