How many of us have been there? Your kids are driving you crazy. They’re arguing, smacking each other, and not listening. You’ve got to go to the store, and rather than controlling themselves, they ratchet up the bad behavior. You come unglued, you say things you regret, and now your kiddos think you’re an awful parent—and they even tell you as much. There are a few ways you can handle this.
