From Chapter 5:11-14 on the study of the Book of Hebrews (אֶל־הָעִבְרִים), brother Gideon Levytam points us to the challenging words the author writes to his brethren, who were dull of hearing. The unknown author of the letter to the Hebrews had much to say to his brethren regarding the high priestly service of Jesus the Messiah, now in heaven, serving as a great high priest after the order of Melchisedec. Because of their lack of spiritual growth, he needed to once again teach them the basics of the word of God. By this time, they should have been teachers, feeding on spiritual meat, rather than babes needing spiritual milk, because of their dullness in hearing.
