From Chapter 1:15-17 of the study of the Book of Romans (אֶל־הָרוֹמִיִּים), brother Gideon Levytam explains the heart of Paul towards the believers in Rome. Shaul / Paul not only assures the Romans that he longs to come to them, but that he is ready to come as soon as God opens the door. Paul emphasizes the truth that he was not ashamed of the gospel of the Messiah, because the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah, is the only grounds for salvation. The righteousness of God was satisfied when the Seed of the woman, Jesus the promised Messiah, entered into this world just as it was foretold by the Hebrew prophets. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6. The Messiah Jesus, was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. Romans 4:25.
