From Chapter 7:1-3 on the study of the Book of Hebrews (אֶל־הָעִבְרִים), brother Gideon Levytam points us to the instructions given to the Hebrew believers concerning their responsibility towards the Law. God gave His Holy Law to His people Israel, so that they would live their lives in a godly way. But, because Israel, as all mankind are sinful by nature, no one could fully submit to the demands of God's Holy Law. Therefore, God commanded Israel to offer blood sacrifices, in order to atone temporarily for their sins, until the Messiah would come. Once Yeshua, Jesus the Messiah came, and fulfilled God's Holy Law in His life, death, and resurrection, He freed all who trusted in Him. Therefore, believers in Jesus the Messiah are now free from the Law and from the guilt and condemnation which would befall upon those who violated God's Holy Law.
