Psalm 69 speaks about sorrow David faced in his life, and in many ways points to Jesus Christ. Also this psalm is one of the most quoted Psalms in the New Testament. It is quoted or referred to some ten times in the New Testament, and by all four gospel writers (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), by Paul, and by Peter.
