From Chapter 2:1-16 of the prophecy of Daniel, (דָנִיאֶל), brother Gideon Levytam shows how God, in His providence, raised up the Babylonian empire to be the first kingdom to rule the world during the “Times of the Gentiles”, mentioned in Luke 21:24. God supernaturally caused the King of Babylon to have a dream which troubled him, causing him to seek the meaning and interpretation of his dream. All the wise men of Babylon were unable to tell the King his dream and were in danger of losing their lives. Daniel, the young Hebrew captive, requested that the king give him some time to turn to his God, who would reveal the king's dream and it's interpretation.
