Dian - Will anyone love this hungry orphan? - Come on let's go

Dian was left at a Romanian orphanage and had terrible heart problems. Nonetheless, an American father felt compassion for him and wanted to adopt. The family took a vote, and all agreed to bring in this sickly young boy. Years later, after successful heart surgery at Vanderbilt, Dian felt his own call to help orphans after working at a boys home in Central America.
