Prophecies of the Messiah - The Seed of Jacob (הַמָּשִׁיחַ זָרְעוֹ שֶל יַעֲקֹב)
From Genesis and Numbers, Gideon Levytam points to the sixth prophetic promise found in the Hebrew Scriptures concerning the coming of the Messiah. The Messiah would come from the Seed of Jacob, who's name was later changed to Israel / יִשְׂרָאֵל by God. According to Genesis 25, Jacob's mother Rebekah was barren. His father Isaac intreated the LORD and Rebekah his wife conceived twins, who struggled together while yet inside her. Rebekah turned to the LORD in prayer, and the LORD responded, informing Rebekah what would befall her children in the future. The LORD told her, "Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder (Esau) shall serve the younger (Jacob)," Genesis 25:23. Esau carelessly sold his birthright to his brother Jacob, and then Jacob deceived his father Isaac, thus receiving the blessings of the first born. When Jacob was fleeing to his mothers family, the LORD spoke to him in a dream, saying, "I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac ... in thee (Jacob) and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed". Genesis 28:13-15. The promised seed of Jacob is Yeshua, Jesus the Messiah, who entered into this world through Jacob / Israel's descendants, becoming the Redeemer to all who trust in Him.

Daniel 7:23-28 - The Everlasting Kingdom and Dominion of the Most High God
From Chapter 7:23-28 of the prophecy of Daniel (דָנִיאֶל), brother Gideon Levytam continues with the fourth and final portion of Daniel’s vision. God reveals to Daniel the fourth, and final gentile kingdom to rule the earth. This kingdom consists of a world-wide government, composed of a union of ten kings, seen by God as ten beasts. Out of these ten beast-like kings, there would arise an eleventh beast-like king, who would be different from the other ten kings. This eleventh king is the anti-christ, the false Messiah. In his evil doings, he will kill three of the ten kings and will rule over the others, during the final years of the "Times of the Gentiles”. This false Messiah will war against God’s people, Israel. In his pride he will speak against the living God, and be allowed to wear out the Jewish people, during the second half of the seven years tribulation period. At the end of the tribulation, the anti-christ and his empire will be consumed, and God's promised everlasting kingdom will be given to the people of Israel, who will be a restored nation, called the saints of the most high. Daniel was so overwhelmed by this amazing revelation, that his appearance changed, and he kept the matter in his own heart.

Ephesians 5:22-24 - Wives, Submit Unto Your Husbands, As Unto the Lord
From Ephesians 5:22-24, Gideon Levytam expounds on Paul's appeal to wives. Proper godly conduct between husbands and wives will reflect the relationship of the Lord to His redeemed people. Paul emphasizes the Headship of the Lord in relationship to the assembly. He is the head and His people are His body. When wives submit to their husbands, they mirror the submission to the Lord Jesus the Messiah which all believers are called to practice.

1 Corinthians 1:26-31 - Glory in the Lord
From 1 Corinthians 1:26-31, Gideon Levytam examines Paul's charge to the Corinthian believers to remember their calling. God's people are not to forget that they were chosen by God out of all the people of the world. Chosen not because they were wise, mighty or noble, but because of God’s grace towards them as people who were despised and of little importance. God did so in order that no person will boast in His presence. This great salvation was possible because of God’s wisdom. Through the sacrifice of Jesus the Messiah, all who were called were made righteous before God.
Daniel 7:15-22 - The Ancient of Days Will Give His Saints the Promised Kingdom
From Chapter 7:15-22 of the prophecy of Daniel (דָנִיאֶל), brother Gideon Levytam continues with part three of Daniel’s vision. Daniel was grieved and troubled in his heart when he saw the little horn, who is the antichrist, the false Messiah, waring and prevailing against God's people Israel, during the Tribulation period. In his vision, Daniel saw that the antichrist's victory was short lived, and that God, the Ancient of days, came in righteousness and judged the antichrist, the little horn. God's people were delivered from their enemy and restored back to their God. Ultimately, they will receive and possess the promised Messianic kingdom.
