Prophecies of the Messiah - A Priest of the Order of Melchizedek (הַמָשִיחַ כֹהֶן כֵמָלְכִי צֶדֶק)
From Genesis 14:14-20 and Psalm 110:1-4, Gideon Levytam explains the mysterious man who appeared to Abram in days of old. This mysterious man is Melchizedek (מַלְכִּי־צֶדֶק), his name means King of Righteousness, and he was unique in that while he was the King of Salem, he was the Priest of God at the same time. God’s word records Melchizedek's appearance only once, in Genesis 14, when he appeared to our father Abram, bringing him bread and wine when he returned from a war. Melchizedek who was greater then our father Abram, blessed him, and in return, Abram gave Melchizedek tithing of all that he had. Melchizedek's appearance and disappearance is one of the pre-incarnate appearances of the promised Messiah, before His incarnation in the city of Bethlehem. Years later, David the king of Israel, heard Jehovah’s promise to his Lord, the Messiah, that He would be a priest for ever, after the order of Melchizedek” Psalm 110:4. God’s Word shows that "The Messiah" is a Divine person, God the Son, who would enter into the world through the virgin birth, in order to die as a sacrifice for the sins of the world. After His death and resurrection, the Messiah would ascend to heaven, sit down at God’s right hand and become a Priest forever, after the order of Melchizedek. As the author of the book of Hebrews, wrote to his Jewish brethren concerning Jesus the Messiah, saying. Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. Hebrews 7:17.

Daniel 7:8-14 - Messiah, One Like the Son of Man Coming With the Clouds of Heaven
From Chapter 7:8-14 of the prophecy of Daniel (דָנִיאֶל), brother Gideon Levytam continues with the second part of Daniel’s vision. Daniel now sees a fourth beast who was dreadful and terrible and had ten horns. Then there arose an eleventh little horn, which spoke great things, and caused the other horns to be plucked up. This eleventh horn, represents the final ruler of the world, the antichrist, who will rise out of the final kingdom at the end of the "Times of the Gentiles” during the seven-year tribulation period, known as Jacob's Trouble. The antichrist will rule the world and persecute Daniel’s people, Israel. Ultimately, he will be destroyed by Yeshua, Jesus the Messiah, The Son Of Man, בַר אֱנָשׁ - בֶן־הָאָדָם, who will come in power and destroy the antichrist, casting him to the burning flame. The Messiah will then receive dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom shall not be destroyed.

Prophecies of the Messiah - The Seed of Abraham (הַמָּשִׁיחַ זָרְעוֹ שֶל אַבְרָהָם)
From Genesis 12:1-3 and 22:15-18, Gideon Levytam points to the third prophetic promise found in the Hebrew Scriptures concerning the coming of the Messiah. Abram was chosen to become the father of one great nation, Israel, through whom the Messiah would come to redeem the World. Abram, אַבְרָם, a chosen man of God, was told to leave his country, his kindred and his father's house in order to become a great nation, through whom a seed would be born. Abraham, who believed God, received the promise that through his descendants One would come who would be the Messiah, "In thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed". Genesis 22:18b.

Ephesians 5:18 - Be Not Drunk With Wine But Filled With the Holy Spirit
From Ephesians 5:18, Gideon Levytam presents Paul's appeal to the believers in Ephesus to be filled by the Holy Spirit of God, רוּחַ הַקּׂדֶשׁ שֶׁל־אֱלׂהִים. Paul wanted God’s people to understand that God the Holy Spirit is a divine person, and that He indwells every true believer, John 14:17, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Every true believer is also sealed by the Holy Spirit, Ephesians 1:13, 4:30. Paul warns God’s people not to be drunk and controlled by alcohol which will destroy their lives, rather to be filled, and controlled by God the Holy Spirit, who will bless them and lead them to live Godly lives.
Psalms 4:1-8 - David's Evening Prayer of Trust in God
From Psalms 4:1-8, brother Gideon Levytam shares David’s evening prayer to God. David called upon God for mercy during the dark days of suffering in his life. David’s enemies loved vanity, they accused him falsely, and continuously put him to shame. Israel’s beloved king David, in the midst of his sorrows, turned to the Lord in prayer. In spite of all the animosity he had to face, David trusted his God who sustained him, and made him dwell in safety.
1 Peter 2:13-25 - Walk Godly for God's Sake and Your Own Sake
In 1 Peter 2:13-25, brother Gideon Levytam continues the study of the apostle Peter’s appeal to the scattered believers in the Lord Jesus the Messiah. Peter was appointed by Yeshua - Jesus, to be the apostle to his Jewish people, the circumcision, according to Galatians 2:7-8. In his love towards his suffering and scattered brethren, Peter wrote them two letters to encourage them during their trials. They, and all true believers, are charged by Peter to live godly lives in this world for the sake of unbelievers, the LORD, and for their own sakes. Peter directs these suffering Jewish brethren to the wonderful person of their Lord and Messiah, the Shepherd, and overseer of their souls.
