Ephesians 6:13-17 - Put on the Whole Armour of God
From Ephesians 6:13-17, Gideon Levytam continues with Paul's instruction to the Ephesians concerning their spiritual battles. Positionally, God’s people are safe from anything that satan can do against them, because they are secure in the Lord Jesus the Messiah. But, while they are still here on earth, waiting the return of Yeshua the Messiah, they need to put on the whole armour of God, if they are to withstand the wiles of the devil. Paul charges the Ephesians to take on the whole armour of God, which is; truth, righteousness, sharing the gospel, faith and trust in God, appreciation of God’s salvation and the knowledge of His Word. Only then, and by God’s grace, will the believer be able to stand firm, and be equipped to withstand the wiles of the devil.

Prophecies of the Messiah - A Lamb Without Blemish (שֶׂה תָמִים)
From the 12th chapter of Exodus and the 53rd chapter of Isaiah, Gideon Levytam points to the ninth prophecy in the Hebrew Scriptures concerning the promise of the coming of the Messiah. Israel’s promised Messiah - הַמָּשִׁיחַ, would enter this world as a babe born to a virgin, becoming flesh, a sinless man, who would become a sacrifice for the sin of the world. During Israel’s history many animals had been sacrificed, according to the Word of the LORD, in order to make an atonement for the children of Israel. God promised that He would send the Messiah, who would become THE Lamb of God, and that He would not only atone for sins, but remove them completely. Throughout scripture, the servant of the LORD is presented in His humility, His meekness and submission, as fulfilled in the person of Yeshua the Messiah. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before his shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. Isaiah 53:7. In John 1:29 we read, "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which take away the sin of the world." הִנֵּה שֵׂה הָאֱלֹהִים הַנֹּשֵׂא אֶת־חַטַּאת הָעוֹלָם.

Daniel 8:15-27 - Antiochus Epiphanes, A Grecian King of Fierce Countenance
From Chapter 8:15-27 of the prophecy of Daniel (דָנִיאֶל), brother Gideon Levytam points to the last portion of Daniel's Vision of the Ram, Goat, Horn, and the king of fierce countenance. Gabriel reveals to Daniel that a Grecian king of fierce countenance, will rise up and magnify himself, and he will bring much destruction against Daniel’s people and the Temple. That king was Antiochus Epiphanes, a cruel and brutal Syrian-Grecian king, who persecuted the Jewish people and desecrated the Temple in Jerusalem. Antiochus Epiphanes is a picture of what the antichrist, the false Messiah, will do in the end of days. Jesus the Messiah speaking of the antichrist said; "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, whoso readeth, let him understand". Matthew 24:15. The angel Gabriel told Daniel to shut up the vision, in other words, to keep it to himself, for it shall be for many days.
Ephesians 6:10-12 - Be Strong in the Lord's Strength and Not Your Own
From Ephesians 6:10-12, Gideon Levytam points to Paul's instruction to the Ephesians concerning their spiritual battles. God's people need the Lord’s strength as they face the on-going attacks of satan and his demonic spirits. Daily victory can only be achieved as God’s people draw strength from the Lord Jesus the Messiah, putting on the whole armour of God, in order to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Prophecies of the Messiah - The I AM That I AM (אֶֽהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶֽהְיֶה)
From the third chapter of the book of Exodus, Gideon Levytam points to the eighth prophecy found in the Hebrew Scriptures concerning the coming of the Messiah. The Messiah - הַמָּשִׁיחַ, would be more than just another man, He was the "I AM that I AM" or more correctly, the "I Will Be that which I Will Be" (אֶֽהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶֽהְיֶה). God revealed Himself to Moses in the wilderness, appearing to Moses in a flame of fire, out of the midst of a burning bush which was not consumed by the fire. Speaking from the midst of the fire in the bush, the LORD conveyed to Moses that no fire would be able to consume His people Israel, who He was going to redeem. The self existing LORD, said to Israel that He was the "I AM that I AM”, the "I Will Be that which I Will Be"- (אֶֽהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶֽהְיֶה), promising to be the redeemer who would deliver from bondage those who trust in Him. Many years later, after Israel’s redemption from Egypt, Yeshua, Jesus the Messiah was born to the virgin Miriam for the purpose of becoming the "I AM", the Redeemer, saying, before Abraham was, "I AM", John 8:58, and thus fulfilling the prophecy.
Psalms 5 - David's Morning Prayer to God
From Psalm 5:1-12, brother Gideon Levytam points to David's prayer to God saying, in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee. David knew that His LORD, the God of Israel, is a God who finds no pleasure in wickedness caused by the foolishness of those who reject Him. David, the beloved king of Israel, committed his life to the LORD, stating that he will come into God's house to see mercy and worship the LORD. In his morning prayer to God, he requests that the LORD would cause all who trust and love His Name to rejoice.
Luke 22:7-20 - Jesus, the Passover Lamb
From Luke 22:7-20, brother Gideon Levytam directs our attention to the Lord Jesus the Messiah’s instruction to His disciples, the night before His death. As the Feast of Passover was approaching, Yeshua sent Peter and John to prepare for the Passover. Jesus knew this was to be His last Passover פֶּסַח, before He Himself would become The Passover Lamb, who would die for the sins of the world. It was then, that Yeshua took the unleavened bread, and the cup of wine, instructing His disciples to eat of the unleavened bread (the Matzah), and drink of the wine in remembrance of Himself, as the Lamb of God.
