Wow. That’s a loaded question, especially in today’s culture. I was told by a millennial recently that we shouldn’t label male and female roles in a family. My response? What does that Bible say? Because that’s what matters. Paul tells us men are supposed to be the head of the household “over the wife.” Then he tells us wives submit yourself to your husband as unto the Lord. Paul also says men should love their wives like Christ loves the church. So, yes, there ARE specific roles of men and women. Parents, we need to model those roles to our kids so they can know how to fill those roles. But, let’s make sure we encourage our kids to follow their professional dreams – professions where our kids can share their faith.
There are specific gender roles, right?
