In my opinion, yes. Kids have a difficult enough time just grooming themselves, let alone dealing with romantic relationships. Since kids are surrounded by bad outside influences from the culture, I hope you’re talking about purity and how to treat the opposite sex. I Corinthians 6:18 reminds us to flee from sexual immorality. Explain that they have their whole adult life to have adult relationships. In my opinion our kids should use dating to marry, not as a recreational activity that’s being done because everyone else is doing it. Remember, we have a responsibility to guide our kids, not cave to the culture. By turning to God’s Word we can guide them biblically. Those lessons will serve them well into adulthood.
